When you look at what is going on today it’s easy to see why so many buyers are sellers are failing. Between the constant fear mongering in the media, volatility in the financial markets, and inept leadership within the federal government, it’s nearly impossible to gauge which direction we’re heading in.
Buyers want bargain deals that don’t exist today, and sellers want record prices from last spring (when rates were 3%). It’s crazy making for sure!
That’s why your clients need YOU to step up and be a leader! They NEED the truth. They hired YOU to be their guide, and that will mean having some tough conversations in a market like we’re in!
Step up - get comfortable with being uncomfortable - and watch your client satisfaction and closings go up accordingly!
**Pro tip around having hard conversations**
USE email or text to get out your message to the client. Promise to follow up with a call in the near future but have the most difficult part of the discussion over text. Your phone call will no longer be a shock, and you can focus on solutions when you do speak.
