Who built this
Jonathan Fox
I'm Jonathan Fox. I've been a real estate agent for more than 20 years, with $300M in career sales. I was a Top 100 producer in Washington, DC for six years in a row. I wrote the Amazon bestseller The 21st Century Real Estate Professional, wrote a real estate column for the Washington Post, and became the first Compass agent to move into an official coaching role.
This year I moved my family to North County San Diego. New market. No sphere. I'm building my business from scratch using the exact method inside FoxAI.

Is this going to replace my sphere?+
No. Keep it. Serve those people well. FoxAI helps you build business beyond them, so they don't have to carry all the weight.
How is this different from coaching?+
Coaching is scheduled. Your questions aren't. FoxAI is there when the question happens, knows your business, and remembers the plan between conversations.
How much time does it take?+
Getting started is one conversation. From there, use FoxAI whenever a question comes up, and join the Friday call when you can. Every call is recorded.
Do I have to switch CRMs?+
No. Fox360 is included and ready when you are. It gives you the CRM, email, texting, phone, landing pages, and follow-up systems to run the plan FoxAI gives you. Use it when it makes sense for your business.
Can I still work with Jonathan one-on-one?+
Not privately. I'm not taking new private clients. But you'll see me every Friday on our live call, and the last 20 to 30 minutes are hot seat time where I coach members directly. Founding members also get a personal video review of their audit from me.
Can I cancel?+
Your membership runs for the term you choose, six months or a year. All sales are final, so if you're not sure it's the right fit, book a 20-minute call with me first. Founding members who renew keep their founding price.
What happens after I join?+
You get a FoxAI activation email (FoxAI runs in Telegram, a free messaging app) and the course library right away. Send your 24-Month Transaction Audit to [email protected] for your personal review. We set up your Fox360 account for you, and your login arrives within 7 business days. You'll see your first Friday call on the schedule.
